Toothbrush Sonic Brush
Since long before history was readily recorded, oral hygiene has been a part of many people’s regular daily routines. From the first chew sticks to the first manual toothbrush developed in China, much advancement has occurred to change the way that we brush today. Furthermore, as the importance of brushing continues to grow, many changes and advancements in the technology occur at an escalating rate. In the last few decades we have gone from using a manual disposable toothbrush, to using electric toothbrushes and today it is not uncommon for one to use a sonic toothbrush to clean their teeth. The standard toothbrush limits one’s ability to clean their teeth and as a result they also have to make use of items like floss. However the sonic toothbrush gets rid of this need altogether. These brushing units can clean in between the teeth without even having to actual make contact to them. The sonic vibrations can actually be transferred to the spaces between the teeth through the liquids in the mouth at the time of brushing. It was in 1983 that the first sonic toothbrushes started to make their way onto the oral hygiene markets. Unfortunately when first introduced, they were not really affordable for the average person, yet alone having the ability to get them for your entire family. Things of course changes as they always do and now the sonic toothbrush is more affordable then ever before. Versus the standard electric toothbrush, the sonic units actually vibrate at rates of more than thirty-thousand times per minute. This is the average of the vibrations though as some of the most recently released units can get well over forty-thousand vibrations per minute. The standard electric toothbrushes are lucky if they can generate more than seven-thousand strokes in a minute.
